ComSwiki 1.3 patches and updates.

Some wrong URL's from browsers not sending pure 8bit ascii URL requests.
File in this patch to make Swiki 1.3 understand url's from browsers that does not send pure 8bit ascii url's (generated by several browsers including microsofts IE). patch: FSfix.cs.gz

Patch instructions:
0. download the file FSfix.cs.gz to a location accessable to your swiki server.
(uncompress outside of squeak)
1. uncompress the file with gzip or your favourite archive program.
2. inside squeak open a file list (World Menu->open->file list)
3. browse to the location of the FSfix.cs file and select the file in the right window.
4. meta klick on the file to bring up a menu, select "file in".
5. press save and exit.
6. restart the swiki.
7. done.
(uncompress using squeak)
1. inside squeak open a file list (World Menu->open->file list)
2. browse to the location of the FSfix.cs.gz file and select the file in the right window.
3. meta klick on the file to bring up a menu, select "decompress to file".
4. browse to the location of the (uncompressed) FSfix.cs file and select the file in the right window.
5. meta klick on the file to bring up a menu, select "file in".
6. press save and exit.
7. restart the swiki.
8. done.

To Set Up Your System:
1. Move the folders 'docs', 'refs', & 'imged' to the 'swiki' folder of a ComSwiki 1.3 Server
2. Restart the Swiki Server
